Work-Intelligence is a short diagnostic your advisor uses to find where AI can create measurable value in your organisation. This page explains, in plain terms, what it stores, where, for how long, and who processes it.
What we collect
- Your answers to the diagnostic, including any free-text answers you write.
- Your organisation's details as entered by your advisor: name, industry, people in scope, country and currency.
- The respondent's name and email, entered by your advisor. They are kept only with your access code, for your advisor's records, and are never part of the diagnostic or sent to the AI model.
- For security, a one-way scrambled form of your network address, used only to block repeated wrong access codes.
- A record of your advisor's administrative actions (for example, adding or deleting a client).
Why we use it
Only to produce your diagnostic and brief, and for your advisor to review them with you. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Where it is stored
In a MySQL database hosted by Hostinger in its Asia (India) data centre. Access codes are never stored in plain text.
AI processing
Free-text answers (your process walkthrough and success measure) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to identify facts and frictions in your own words. Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train its models. Anything you type in those answers is sent, so please avoid naming individuals or including confidential details. All scores and figures are calculated by fixed rules on our server, not by the AI model.
How long we keep it
Your answers and brief are kept until your advisor deletes your organisation's data, or you ask for it to be deleted. Deletion removes everything recorded for your organisation in one step, including all answers.
Cookies
None for respondents: your session lives only in your browser tab. Your advisor's admin sign-in uses one security cookie.
Your choices and contact
